Return & Exchange Policy

Please take care when ordering that all details are entered accurately. These are personalized and customized products made as per your design requirements.

We will only accept returns on personalized goods if we have made an error or if the goods are faulty. We will not accept returns if you have made a mistake when typing in personalization, or selecting other options. We also don’t accept returns for your dislike of colour choice.

If you find any of our products of unsatisfactory quality, you may return it to us for either a replacement, or exchange.

Shipping Policy

The Dispatch and Shipping time for your order will depend on the products you order and quantity of products you order. Print King promises to deliver your customized clothing labels as fast as possible. Usually, production of the products takes approx. 3-4 days or 12-15 days post artwork approval. Once the products are ready, it is shipped via different courier partner as per the location. Usually shipping duration is around 3-5 days. However, shipping duration is totally depended on Courier companies.  Tracking ID will be shared with customers once product is shipped
